Q: Does Hill Country Customs, Inc. offer Rental Cars?
A: We don't but we work with Enterprise and Hertz and they are set up to be able to pick you up from our location to take you to their office. Once we are completed with your vehicle you can leave the rental car here and they will pick it up from us.

Enterprise:

Hertz:

Q: Do I owe my Deductible?
A: Deductibles are your agreed balance due to the shop upon completion of your repair. The deductible is deducted from the amount your insurance company owes for the repair.

Q: What if hidden damages are found?
A: This is one important reason we need to know if you are dealing with an insurance company up front. That way we know exactly how much was missed on the initial estimate.
Once a teardown is completed then we will contact the insurance company directly for additional approval.
Once approved we will notify you with a new completion date.
